Alan Frank Pankiewicz passed away peacefully at the age of 58, on Wednesday, October 18th, 2017
at St. Cloud Hospital in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
He was born in Kansas City, Kansas on May 2nd, 1959 to Charles and Lucille Pankiewicz. He was employed as a construction superintendent for several companies in Minnesota and Kansas. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, the outdoors and Nascar.
He is survived by his children, Eric and Janelle Pankiewicz of Elk River, Minnesota. He is also survived by his mother, Lucille Pankiewicz of Newton Kansas, his brother, David Pankiewicz of Meridian Mississippi, his sisters, Theresa (Gary) Metz of Morrison Colorado, Carol (Kendall) Barker of Newton Kansas, Karen (Luke) Martin of Broomfield Colorado and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Pankiewicz and his sister, Cecilia Pankiewicz.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 3rd at 2pm at Petersen’s Funeral Home in Newton, Kansas. There will be a graveside service following the memorial at St. Mary’s Cemetery and then a reception, location to be determined.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Carol Barker to assist with a graveside marker/monument.
