Bentley is survived by his parents Travis and Erica (Schmidt) Koehn and their parents; his siblings Zachary and Bailey Koehn and several aunts and uncles.
Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m., Monday December 22, 2014 at Eden Mennonite Church of God in Christ Rural Burns, Kansas. Visitation will be 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday September 28, 2014 at Petersen Funeral Home Newton, Kansas.
Memorial is to Bentley Cole Koehn memorial fund in care of Petersen Funeral Home.
