Brian P. Killman 40, died December 10, 2017 at his residence in Norman, Oklahoma.  He was born September 9, 1977 in Wichita, Kansas to Lonnie  Killman and Carolyn (Blevins) Koehn.  They both survive Brian. On November 4, 2017 he married Charli Losey at Norman, OK and she survives of the home. 

 

He was a 1996 graduate of Maize High School.

 

Brian was an Installer for Direct T.V.  He enjoyed his work and it showed in the love he received from his co-workers and customers.  He enjoyed traveling with his wife. A recent week in Minnesota relaxing and enjoying nature was a highlight.  Chicago was also a destination that was enjoyed and he and his wife looked forward to exploring new places.

 

Brian was an avid fan of Oklahoma Football and he could be found many Saturdays at Memorial Stadium cheering on his beloved Sooners.

 

Family was important to Brian and he greatly looked forward to spending time with his loving family and friends. Being a dad was a highlight of Brian’s life and spending time with his kids and keeping up on their lives was important to him.

 

Brian is survived by his wife Charli Losey of the home; sons Ethan and Clayton Killman of Newton, KS; daughter Baleigh Killman of Newton, KS; brother Terry Killman of Wichita, KS and sister Christina Killman of Wichita, KS; his children’s mother Amanda Casey also survives of Newton, KS.  Brian is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

 

A memorial Mass will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 16, 2017 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Newton, Kansas with The Reverend Nicholas Voelker Celebrant.  Following the Mass a graveside committal service will be held at the Gypsum Hill Cemetery in Salina, Kansas.

 

Memorials are suggested to American Cancer Society in care of Petersen Funeral Home.
