Charles Franklin Wilmore, III age 91, of Sedgwick, passed away November 4, 2018 at Newton Medical Center. Charlie was born June 3, 1927 the son of Charles Franklin and Evelyn (Conesuer) II at Sedgwick, KS.
After school he joined the United States Navy and served for two years. On April 13, 1964 he married Romielda Androes in Miami, OK. Charlie worked as a truck driver for a furniture manufacturer until his retirement. He enjoyed reading westerns in his spare time.
Charlie is survived by his wife, Millie, daughters, Tenessa Driscoll of Newton, Lynette (Don) Crawford of Salina, Kelly Wilmore of Tacoma, WA, sister, Avis (Frank) Jones of Denver, Co., five grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, Charles and Evelyn, daughter, Stephanie Manoes, and brother, Phillip Wilmore.
Cremation has been requested and no services are planned at this time.
