Karla was special to me. One of my very best friends. We met in grade school. She went to Benton Elementary and I went to Oil Hill Elementary. We raced against each other in track…..Karla was always the winner. Now, she is also the winner…..she has won Heaven. How do I know? I know because of the way she lived her life. She lived her life for Jesus. My prayer is that Karla’s family especially her dear Greg, Jaron and Kayla plus all her hundreds of friends will learn to live life on this earth without her. It won’t be easy but we can-only with God’s help. Karla’s hope is to see each of us in Heaven someday, many probably received the same letter from her as we di). She stated if only one of us reaches Heaven by her influence, then having ALS would be worth it. She has touched our lives in such remarkable, joyous ways. You will be missed by Tim and I. Love you, girlfriend… ‘til we meet again.
Greg and family, our prayers are with you during this time. Karla was a real sweetheart! We can look forward to seeing her again in Heaven. Love, Aunt Nancy
Karla was the kind of friend that you may only see every 6 months to a year, but she always remembered the conversation & picked up where we left off. Always kind & smiling, interested in what was going on with your family,, grandchildren, etc. Not a bad word to be said about anyone. We always enjoyed sharing stories about our kids & visiting at church or out in our yard. She was the kind of friend a person always enjoyed knowing. Randy & I will miss her dearly. Shine in heaven brightly, Angel.
Our heartfelt condolences .
