Kenneth Wesley McCloud 64, died Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Via Christi St Francis in Wichita.  He was born November 11, 1950 in Joplin, Missouri to Lee Ronald (Fred) McCloud and E Lenora (Barker) McCloud Jessup Keen. He is survived by his daughter Alison McCloud; grandson Thomas; brother Gary McCloud; and sister Deanna Cook. Private military service is planned at the Winfield Veterans Cemetery.
