  2. Gayle and I always looked forward to spending time with Richard and Rollande. We enjoyed many hours of sharing meals, playing cards,
walking on the beach, and, as the Ekhoffs say, visiting. We were always struck by Richard’s kindness and generosity, and a special blend of intelligence mixed with good country sense. I think everyone who met Richard felt the same way. The world could use a lot more people like Richard.

  3. We are going to really miss Richard & our many visits & card games. We always enjoyed our visits at the beach house – he will be missed! Sorry we couldn’t be there. Our condolences & prayers are with you.

  4. We were very blessed & privileged to get to know Richard & Rolland- they are the best kind of people. After meeting Richard & Rolland it was such a blessing, an honor and pleasure to know them; Richard was a man of high integrity & generosity. If the world was full of Richards there would be no problems;) As most of us know any time spent with him he made you feel like you were important & special. We will truly miss him! Rolland, we love you and are praying for you and hope to spend some time with you soon!! Love Mert & Becky

  5. Condolences to the Lockhart family. Our thoughts and prayers go out to your whole family. Psalms 147:3 says God, “heals the broken hearted, and binds up their wounds.” May God bring you comfort and peace.
