Robert “Bob” Stephenson, 62, died on Wednesday, April 24^th at his home in Newton.

Robert was born on March 2, 1957 in Hutchinson, Kansas to Robert and Anna Lee (Andrews) Stephenson.

Robert graduated from high school and joined the U.S. Navy where he served as a Navy Corpsman.

Robert married Karen Young on May 23, 1992 in Las Vegas, Nevada. They were married for twenty six years before his passing.

Bob worked in the automotive industry most of his life and spent many of those years as a car salesperson.  Bob was very gregarious and was liked by those he knew and served throughout his career.  When his health was good he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and reading.   He was an avid fan of K-State football.

He is survived by his wife: Karen; brothers: Timothy and Mark Stephenson; sons:  Jess and Dan Craven.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Robert and Anna Lee Stephenson.
