Sandra Sue Schwabauer

Sandra Sue Schwabauer passed on November 4, 2014.  She was born to John & Grace Truesdell on March 23, 1941 in Mendon, Missouri.  Sandra worked for Graber’s Hardware Store for 37 years as a bookkeeper before retiring in 2012.  Sandra and Bill met through mutual friends and were married on January 19, 1979.  Sandra loved her family & cherished spending time with them including her grandkids.  She was an avid reader, pacing around a book a week!  Sandra loved animals, she enjoyed bird watching & feeding wild animals, and caring for her dogs.  Sandra is preceeded in death by her parents and Brother Johnny Truesdell.  She is survived by husband William “Bill” Schwabauer; Sons, Brandon Bacon and wife Susan, Steve Bacon and wife Crystal, and John Bacon and wife Jessica; Grandchildren, Shannon Kalal, Jaxon Bacon, John Truesdell (J.T.) Bacon, Sydney Bacon, Kyndal Bacon, and Josie Bacon; Great Grandchild Bella Kalal; and Sister Mary Smith.  Visitation will be held on Thursday November 6, 2014 at Petersen Funeral Home from 5-9pm with family greeting friends from 6-730pm.  Funeral Service will be held at 2pm on Friday November 7, 2014 at Petersen Funeral Home Chapel.  Memorials may be made out to Caring Hands Humane Society.
