Sharan Lassley

Sharan K. Lassley 62, died Thursday, June 4, 2015 at her Newton residence.  She was born October 2m 1952 in Paintsville, Kentucky to John and Betty (Walters) Reed.  On July 1, 1995 she married Danny Lassley in Las Vegas, NV and he survives of the home.  Sharan was a loving homemaker and member of Our Father’s House in Hutchinson, Kansas.  She enjoyed gardening and caring for plants and had an eye for color and decorating her home.  She volunteered as an advocate at the Newton Women’s Shelter.  Sharan greatly enjoyed spending time with her loving family and friends.

She is survived by her husband Danny of the home; daughter Angela Shoemaker, son Danny Hawley; brothers: Junior Reed, Robert Reed, Frank Reed and Joshua Reed; sisters: Joyce Monroe and Donna Rice.

Graveside service will be 2:00 P.M., Tuesday June 9, 2015 (PLEASE NOTE TIME CHANGE) at Greenwood Cemetery in Newton, Kansas with Pastor Quintin Moore presiding.

There will be a private family visitation only
