Life Sketch for Theodore “Ted” Robert Perry

 

Theodore “Ted” Perry, 75, died on June 23, 2014 at Schowalter Villa in Hesston, Kansas.

 

Ted was born on July 20, 1938 at Fox Lake, Minnesota to Donald and Violet (Alcorn) Perry.

 

Ted married Beverly Ann Ronne on July 23, 1959 in McCool Junction, Nebraska. They were married for almost 55 years prior to his death.

 

He was an Air Traffic Controller in the U.S. Navy and had a career in Law Enforcement until his retirement. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Hesston, Kansas.

 

He is survived by his wife: Beverly Ann Perry; children: Michael Perry and wife, Barbara, Steven Perry and wife, Kathy; daughter, Deahn Brady and husband, J.E; half-brothers: Tim and Sherman Parsons, Steve Haviland; half-sisters: Tammie Sue and Susan Parsons; fifteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents: Donald and Violet Perry.

 

A Celebration of Life is planned for 10:30 A.M., Tuesday, July 1st at the United Methodist Church in Hesston, Kansas. A memorial has been set up for Schowalter Villa-Progressive Recovery Academy.  Petersenfamilyfuneralhome.com.

  1. So sorry about Ted’s passing. Ted was so friendly whenever I saw him. He and Bev always welcomed any of Steve’s friends whenever we stopped by their house. My prayers are with all of you!
