Thomas “Bayli” Hershberger, 19, passed away on October 29, 2018.
Bayli was born on May 26, 1999 in Newton, Kansas to Thomas Richard Hershberger and Dolores Elaine Liggett.
Bayli enjoyed fishing, gaming, sports, a wide range of music and his family and friends. He attended Newton High School.
Bayli is survived by his parents: Thomas and Rosemary Hershberger, and Elaine Liggett and Stephanie Harrison; son: Kylen Kent James Hershberger; his siblings; grandparents: Mary Pickering of Newton KS, Parren and Sandra Hollis of Virginia; Tom and Joyce McElroy of South Dakota Lee and Sharon Richey of Texas, Bob and Geanie Harrison of Newton, KS, and Dee and Kevin Walker of Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his grandfather: Harvey Pickering and numerous other family.
A graveside committal service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 6th at Burrton Cemetery in Burrton, Kansas. A public visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, November 5th at Petersen Funeral Home. The family will be present from 6:30 to 8:00 to greet friends and family.
A memorial has been established for the Kylen Kent-James Hershberger College Fund
